I have written before that, whether I like it or not, you are the one of the most influential forces in modern media, possibly THE most influential single player. You tower above your peers in what you do. Despite my failed efforts, no liberal or Democrat has even tried to create a legitimate competitor to what you do. But with your influence comes power, and with power comes responsibility, and the Drudge Report in recent months has become inundated, and saturated and permeated with baiting stories about the president's race, and about blacks generally. These are beneath the standards you should set for yourself and your profession.Translation:

I suspect that this letter is just an attempt to paint Drudge's story choices as racist, precisely because they're drawing attention to something people would rather not be discussed.

Me as well. And the market ticker every couple of weeks just to see if he's got anything new. He and Barnhardt are on to something but they're a little beyond the pale for me. It's very frustrating that out of 300 million people, only two sites do actual legitimate justice to the other side of mainstream media's fairy tale.

I still read Newsmax, mostly out of habit. Probably just out of laziness, they still carry Associated Press articles. I've written the several times to ask why, but they never write back.

It's not as if Matt had to go to great pains searching far and wide to find these stories in an era that crime is supposedly down 40%. When I turn on my local news and they show the mug shots of the most recent criminals arrested, they are almost always Hispanics or blacks. and when they describe suspects the police are looking for they are almost always Hispanics or blacks. I'm guessing it's much the same for everyone else. Can they blame Matt Drudge for that as well?
Good news for the Hill, Sean Hannity said on the radio yesterday he's OK with amnesty... er.. I mean... "a path for immigrants who are already here to become citizens."

I think the GOP is going to end up doing more than merely supporting amnesty. They're going to become, even more explicitly, the party of some flavor of socialism. I suspect the biggest losers in this election are people of a generally libertarian bend, despite hearing that the libertarian party did better than ever.

Brent Budowsky what a punk! When I worked on the Hill, the three gossip magazines (The Hill, Politico, and whatever the other one was) always pissed me off something fierce. Drudge just needs to keep on doing what he's doing.
Lest people forget, he broke the Lewinsky scandal. He and Limbaugh are my only source for English language news (well, Barnhardt, too).

(notice the list doesn't even include the word white) because as we know, nobody actually has a skin tone that is white to begin with. This way we will all be a people of shade. oh.. I mean color.

I just want to say that my eyes were opened to the black problem when I moved from the Northeast down South. Everything I saw with my own eyes was the exact oppositie of what I had drilled into my head from birth. It was a shock to say the least. I am in the thick with blacks on a daily basis and I know for a fact that most of them HATE us. They do not merely dislike us, they HATE us. You can see it in their eyes.
But it wasn't until I got on the internet and did research of my own that I learned the extent of the deception. So I thank you, and blogs like yours for spreading the truth.
It didn't make sense to me at first why the truth was not being reported and then someone pointed out that it gives white people a false sense of security not knowing all the gory details of the crimes being committed against us. Now I am always prepared...and so are my children.
Now I'll be aware and measure in my head the stories involving race on Drudge's site. It's kind of how I felt after watching Malcolm X. That scene where a black Muslim teaches Malcolm how the dictionary defines black and white. It pisses me off because now they have me thinking crazy like them, and I don't even care or agree. Also is this an acknowledgement from someone in the media that they withhold stories because it might, to them, point the finger at a certain race?
When the Establishment press starts "should"ing all over you, it's a good sign you're doing the right thing.

Matt Drudge is now a force of nature. If you pay attention to where his links go, a lot of the race stories are being published by the UK press, mainly Daily Mail or Telegraph. Drudge is sending millions of readers to UK media outlets that are in turn upping their coverage of US news. He can't be stopped. The MSM is out of the information loop.
I was just watching the Ed Show on MSNBC. Among other things, he talked about the racial hatred directed against the President.
Maybe Hill should send Ed a message about race baiting.

Regarding Mark Cook's list of racial skin tones, a trained artist knows that it's the features and shape of the head, not the necessarily the shade of the skin--that that depicts race.
Incidentally, racism wouldn't exist at all if it was impossible to arouse anger in those who are scorned. Such a reaction usually disarms the scorner.
